I am a music and entertainment lawyer and strategist who brings an «Inside-Out Without Limits» ™ («Conocimiento Interno, Creación Infinita» ™) approach to my practice.

I am the former Co-Architect of the Rimas Entertainment Legal Department, where I helped build legal infrastructure within a leading Latin music company associated with global talent, including Bad Bunny, while leading and working closely across legal, business, and creative teams. That experience gave me an insider’s understanding of how deals are structured, how opportunities are created, and how the music business operates behind the scenes.

With a professional background spanning both transactions and litigation, I also bring first-hand insight into not only how agreements are made, but how they hold up over time and where risk and leverage truly sit.
